I can not seam to work out how to do this. ![]() I can see the f710 in 'Devices and Printers' but not in 'Device Manager'. It is listed as 'Logitech Cordless RumblePad 2' in 'Devices and Printers' but I can not see it in device manager. Good day, everyone. So, recently, I decided to buy a SSD as a system drive, and after trying out three versions of Windows (Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8.1 with update and Windows Technical Preview, or, as you might call it, Windows 10 Beta), I’ve discovered, that for some reason my trusty gamepad wasn’t installing in any of these three cases. Basically, my problem was, that previously, after I plugged in Logitech Wireless Receiver and turning F710 on, Windows 7 automatically installed everything that was needed two for the gamepad to work in two modes, which are Direct Input mode and Xbox 360 Controller mode. But then I discovered, that Windows for some reason can’t find drivers in its database, so, of course, I started to google things, and found out, that Logitech actually aren’t even trying, and many people have problems with using F710 under Windows 8/8.1. After reading through some community posts on Logitech Forums, I’ve found some interesting recommendations, after reading which, I came up with the following course of actions The Harder Way • Download and install Xbox 360 Accessories Software from Microsoft site.
